1. General Terms and Conditions

Alegor AB applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years, or have parental consent. The term “customer” refers to a physical person.

2. Orders

Alegor AB reserves the right to refuse a customer’s purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and backorder it. When the backordered product is back in stock, we will send it to you. If you do not want the backordered product, you can always contact us to cancel it.

3. Prices

All prices are stated including Swedish VAT, currently 6%. Alegor AB reserves the right for VAT increases and other price changes beyond our control. Charges for shipping and any cash-on-delivery or invoice fees will be added.

4. Payment

We support payment with Klarna and Amazon, which includes Klarna account, invoice, and credit card.

5. Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 2-7 working days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we will contact the customer. Alegor AB cannot be held responsible for delivering sold-out or discontinued products. Shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart.

6. Delivery Delay

If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, as a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase in case of significant delivery delay. Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. Alegor AB reserves the right to disclaim liability for compensation to the customer in such situations or in case of delivery delays.

Important! In rare cases, mail may lose letters and packages. We will replace these if sufficient proof is provided.

7. Shipping

The shipping cost is shown when ordering from our webshop. When ordering in other ways, we will inform you of the shipping cost.

We normally ship with Posten and Amazon, but we also use Schenker and DHL.

8. Warranty

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems with a product, contact us.

The receipt for a paid item serves as the warranty certificate. Therefore, always keep the receipt during the warranty period!

9. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Alegor AB applies the Distance Contracts Act and even more! 30 days open purchase. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to a 30-day return policy, without special reason. The product must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging. Alegor AB reserves the right to charge the customer if anything is missing, such as a user manual. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent COD (cash on delivery) will not be redeemed.

Contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the product, your money will be refunded.

10. Complaints

Alegor AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act for complaints. We therefore undertake to replace defective or damaged products at no extra cost. Note that you should not collect packages with visible damage that may have affected the condition of the product you ordered. In such cases, make a complaint to Posten directly at the delivery point and ask them to return the package to us, stating the reason for the return on the package. Then email info@lasalatt.se to inform us of the complaint.

11. Unclaimed Packages

If you do not claim your package for any reason, you will be charged the costs for shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee.

Note that the storage period at Posten has been shortened to 14 days! Unclaimed packages are charged a fee, currently SEK 95. The fee is charged afterward. In the event of non-payment, the claim is unconditionally forwarded to a debt collection agency. No exceptions are made.

12. Security

Under no circumstances will we disclose any personal information without the consent of the person in question. The same applies to email addresses.

13. Disclaimer

Alegor AB reserves the right to errors in content and the price list on the website.

14. Privacy Policy

Alegor AB takes your privacy and personal information very seriously. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
